Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to the First Coast Mortgage team. Since 2004, she has helped families achieve their dreams of homeownership via numerous roles throughout the mortgage process, from processing to management. An award-winning loan originator, since 2018, Amanda has been recognized in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the country, one of the top 200 Women in 2019, as well as Lender of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA).

Helping families get into a new home is genuinely the most rewarding part of her job. Even after over a decade and a half of experience in the mortgage industry, there is not a day that goes by that she doesn’t feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients and support their dreams of homeownership. Through the variety of roles she’s held and her number of years of experience, Amanda has seen it all and truly understands what clients go through on their homebuying journey, making her eager to help make the home loan experience as positive and stress-free as possible for everyone involved. Her favorite day of the home loan process is when she gets to make a call to a client and say, “you’re clear to close!”
