For the past 3.5 years, Fabiola has had the pleasure of working alongside Melyssa Caban as her Loan Production Assistant and right hand at Team Caban. Her role is to help make the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our buyers. From following up with clients and assisting with documentation needs to helping with homeowners insurance quotes, answering general questions, and keeping everyone informed, she is here to support you every step of the way.

In addition to assisting our buyers, she also enjoys being involved in the marketing and event planning side of our business. Whether it’s coordinating events, assisting with marketing initiatives, or helping create opportunities to connect with our Realtor and builder partners, she loves being part of what helps Team Caban grow and build lasting relationships. Fabiola takes pride in staying organized, paying attention to the little details, and making sure our buyers feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their home buying journey.
