Growing up in Phoenix, Marion began his professional career in the mortgage industry, where he gained experience in multiple roles, including loan officer and processor. Through these positions, he developed a strong understanding of the lending process, client relations, and operational efficiency. Recently, Marion made both a professional and personal transition by relocating to the Philippines, where he has embraced the rapidly growing remote assistant industry. His background in mortgage operations, combined with his adaptability and global perspective, allows him to bring reliability, organization, and clear communication to every team he supports. Outside of work, Marion enjoys cheering on his favorite college football team, the Oregon Ducks, and spending time outdoors hiking—often chasing the perfect sunrise or sunset view.
