With nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, within finance & operations roles, Gabriela Ruse has recently made the transition to Mortgage Loan Officer with First Coast Mortgage Funding. Gabriela is very passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their homeownership dreams and is committed to diligently work with each client's unique circumstances. She has a no-nonsense approach, but is very patient, believing there are no stupid questions, and that anything can be overcome with the right attitude! She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and realtor partners alike. Having served in various leadership roles throughout her career, she is equally comfortable at the detail or big picture level. She also possesses exceptional communication skills, having a unique ability to explain complex concepts simply, and prides herself with guiding clients through their mortgage process seamlessly. Gabriela is a native New Yorker, having relocated to the beautiful NE Florida area 3 years ago with her husband, Steven who is a registered nurse,  and their 2 daughters, Sofia & Magdalene. She enjoys the local beaches during her downtime and is still exploring the many historic sites nearby. She is also quite a foodie, always inspired by trying new Italian or Mexican restaurants throughout St. John’s & Duval counties. Her Yorkshire Terrier, Remington, whom she regards as her "son", travels most everywhere with her and brings great joy & needed distraction to her and her entire family.
